Pediatric Research Speech Language Pathologist:

Dr. Plowman and Bleiweis are seeking a CCC-SLP with specialized training and expertise in congenital heart disease and dysphagia for a newly funded pilot study and future progressive lines of research in this area. Salary will be considerate with experience. Required qualifications include: Masters degree in SLP, CCC-SLP and active state licensure (or eligible for state of Florida licensure), clinical experience in congenital heart neonates and infants, competent in performing modified barium swallowing studies and FEES in neonates and infants. This position would start in the Fall of 2022 and is a full time benefited TEAMS position.

Post Doctoral Research Fellow:

Funding is currently available for a full-time postdoctoral research fellow to work under the mentorship of Dr. Plowman. Applicants should have compatible research interests with current ARC areas of study and have completed their Ph.D. in any areas that relate to swallowing, speech, respiration. Other areas of study may be considered such as biomedical engineering, basic science, or other medical-related specialties if there is a natural application to current ARC research activities.
