Shelby is from Northwest Atlanta, GA and received her BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Georgia in 2019 (Go Dawgs!). She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders at UF and aspires to work in the acute care medical setting. Shelby is currently rotating through the ARC lab for her clinical rotation where she is assigned on the inpatient cardiac intensive care unit study. She also has recently become a graduate research assistant and assists with data analysis of current clinical trials in the ARC lab.
When Shelby is not in the lab she can be found working out, reading, hiking, or cheering on the Dawgs every Saturday (despite the pressures to love the Gators by everyone else in the ARC lab).
