In May, Dr. Humbert and team were published in the Journal of Speech, Language, and Hearing Research (JSLHR) with a study about swallowing kinematics for ultra-thin, mixed, and frozen consistencies. Once again, Dr. Humbert is contributing valuable information to the field about normal swallowing and variability among healthy people, including older adults.
