[lead]Emily Plowman was appointed as a Medical Advisor for A Life Story Foundation.[/lead]
The mission of this foundation is to raise awareness and create action to discover effective treatments, and ultimately a cure for ALS. A Life Story Foundation was founded by Kevin Swan, a patient of Dr. Plowmans, who was diagnosed with ALS at age 30 and who has dedicated his life to increasing awareness of this devastating disorder.
